A Manor Farm Since 1772

For over 250 years, De Kruishoeve has stood in the polder landscape between De Haan and Klemskerke. Built in 1772 as a manor farm, surrounded by woods, polders, dunes and the sea.

What started as a working farm has grown over the years into a place where hospitality takes centre stage. The Vermandele family — Jan and Petra, together with their 3 children Karel, Pieter and Marie — runs the farm as it has been done here for generations: with a warm welcome, honest cuisine and respect for the surroundings.

The farm has retained its authentic character. The rooms have been carefully renovated, the holiday homes furnished with every modern comfort. De Kruishoeve is a place with a soul — where time slows down a little, where children play outside and where you can enjoy lunch and dinner at restaurant Chef’Stable, where cooking is done with attention to detail and quality produce.
